Oman Cement - again
A year ago, I wrote about Oman Cement. It seemed a bit odd to me that there didn't appear to be any investment in the company, despite soaring demand for concrete in the region.
I had some very interesting comments back, but the conclusion was that we just had to watch the market.
Today, I've come across a fairly detailed document by Kuwait-based Gulf Investment House dated April 2007, which recommends 'Buy' to its investment customers, on a medium-term perspective.
