Dignitaries and organisations

Note that just because someone is cited here in a particular position, I don't find it possible to stay up to date with career moves and new appointments, since these are not necessarily published in the local press. And I don't necessarily read all notifications.

The person may have moved on, or retired, or died, and the position has been taken over by somebody else. Thus the list is serendipitous. To be honest, if you really need to find out who is the current holder of a post, it's probably best to phone up a company or organisation. That's what I do!

If nothing else, the list might have some historical value.

I welcome positive feedback and suggestions and corrections. I do reserve editorial rights when it comes to additions. Thanks. Sue Hutton
